3R Consulting are recruiting a Clinical Health Promotion Nurse for a clinic based in Ealing.
You will provide excellent patient care and great customer service through the delivery and promotion of healthcare services available such as health screening, travel vaccinations/immunisation and promoting health services in the local community. All services are delivered through defined care pathways (PGDs) and the safety of patients and the efficiency of the service is paramount.
You will report to the Regional Nurse Manager and be accountable for delivery of services, achieving budgeted sales targets which ensuring patients are provided with a safe, efficient and professional service.
You will use commercial skills to identify and maximise local sales opportunities for service provision to both customers and private business and engage with local opportunities for both private and NHS services. You will work closely with the Regional & National Nurse Manager and wider team.
· Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
· Relevant nurse experience, ideally in a community nursing, clinic based or school or similar private provider role.
· Experienced in a fast pace environment and passion for exceptional service
· Health Promotion, Phlebotomy and/or Travel Experience/Immunisations, Vaccinations
· Able to work autonomously and to protocols
· Boldness to try new marketing ideas/raise awareness of the service
· Commercially minded
· Ability to liaise/network with other health providers to develop the business
· Upto date revalidation, BLS and DBS clearance
