This stunning family owned authentic French Restaurant, in Chester is looking for a driven and talented General Manager to help drive business across their site.

This opportunity will give someone the opportunity to work in a busy and established environment, while providing fantastic home cooked fresh and authentic food and service, so if you are looking for a new and exciting challenge with variety of experience this role is for you.

As the new General Manager, you will assist the Owners to build a team of top talent and lead and coach them to deliver their best on every shift, every day ensuring they achieve their full potential.

As the General Manager:

·Previous experience of Italian cuisine is a must

·It is essential that you have previous management experience in a volume driven restaurant environment.

·You’ve run shifts in a busy, high turnover restaurant with enthusiasm, coaching and motivating staff and adapting to the varied demands of each day.
