Hotel Manager

Are you a talented Manager based in Liverpool looking to join a driven and modern 4 Star hotel? If you have a wide experience across Front of House, F&B, Sales and Customer Service we need to hear from you!

We are looking for someone to help bridge the gap between excellent customer service and all departments with in this fantastic hotel. You will be responsible for:

• Driving service standards across all departments
• Have an integral role in introducing new ideas and motivating other members of the management team.
• You will need a real hands on approach with a love of interacting with customers and problem solving.
• You will act as the go between to drive all areas of the business and look for ways to continuously improve the Service.

As our new Manager you will act as the bridge between the GM and all other HOD’s you will need the ability to be tactile and organised in your approach to the work.

This role would be perfect for someone looking to take their first step in to Senior Management.

Salary £30,000 + performance related bonus
