3R Consulting are recruiting a Pharmacy Manager for a position in a Medical Centre in Salisbury
Full time opportunity, you will have a hands on approach and know exactly what it takes to manage the team, building relationships and being proactive in providing an array of services in a busy community pharmacy. You will have experience of working in community pharmacy as the responsible pharmacist, show leadership, team management whilst providing great customer service and delivering results.
You will dispense items, conduct services, manage stock, operational/GPhC standards whilst being fully supported by the Regional Pharmacy Manager and wider team.
It is essential that you have previous management experience ideally in a community pharmacy and possess an MPharm Degree or equivalent. You will be GPhC registered.
