Area Sales Manager – South Midlands – c£24-28k basic + OTE’s

My client is a leading manufacturer of floor cleaning equipment and are currently looking to recruit an Area Sales Manager to win new business and develop existing client relationships across Worcestershire, Gloucestershire and Herefordshire.

Job description:

  • Promotion of all company products to all Independent Dealers, National Accounts and End Users across all Target markets in your allocated sales territory.
  • Achievement of territory sales target by means of cold calls, appointments, site surveys and demonstrations through the Dealer network, Dealer Nationals and end users
  • Achievement of specific number of calls into individual target markets on a monthly basis
  • Achievement of territory sales targets by target market.
  • Following up sales leads
  • Providing advice / product guidance to the end user
  • Channelling sales through the local dealer network and Direct where appropriate
  • Working closely with all TM Managers to gain expert knowledge
  • Achieve set KPI’s
  • Continuous use of OneView

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday – 8.30 am to 5.00 pm – Flexibility to work outside these hours may be required due to business demands.
