My client is a leading manufacturer of floor cleaning equipment and are currently looking to recruit an Area Sales Manager to win new business and develop existing client relationships across Worcestershire, Gloucestershire and Herefordshire.
- Promotion of all company products to all Independent Dealers, National Accounts and End Users across all Target markets in your allocated sales territory.
- Achievement of territory sales target by means of cold calls, appointments, site surveys and demonstrations through the Dealer network, Dealer Nationals and end users
- Achievement of specific number of calls into individual target markets on a monthly basis
- Achievement of territory sales targets by target market.
- Following up sales leads
- Providing advice / product guidance to the end user
- Channelling sales through the local dealer network and Direct where appropriate
- Working closely with all TM Managers to gain expert knowledge
- Achieve set KPI’s
- Continuous use of OneView
- Highly motivated
- Can adapt personal style to develop relationships with colleagues
- Reliable self starter
- Used to working to targets
- Strong product knowledge
- Proven skills in developing customer relationships
- Enjoys the challenge of beating sales targets
- Not afraid of cold calling
- Full clean driving licence

Monday to Friday – 8.30 am to 5.00 pm – Flexibility to work outside these hours may be required due to business demands.
