Telesales Executive £18k basic, £30k ote uncapped
Our Client, a leading software developer, is looking to appoint a Telesales Executive to create sales leads and promote awareness of the product group.
The Role
- Develop and maintain sales in line with annual planning and business objectives. This will include proactive contact generation, client base management, building relationships through regular contact both by telephone, e-mail and attending relevant exhibitions and conferences as and when required.
- Develop new contacts within specified business area to raise awareness and understanding of their services, and thus increase business potential.
- Working with the Marketing Manager on specific marketing trends and exercises.
- Assisting Account Managers and BDM’s with any relevant lead prospecting and research.
The Candidate
- Experience in working in a fast-paced sales environment with previous lead generation via telephone and email.
- Target driven, determined and highly motivated sales individuals
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels
- Proven strong persuasive and questioning skills
- Proven ability to work both effectively as part of a team or on own initiative
- Deliver results against KPI’s and achieve targets
